In the context of social responsibility, the Group continues to attach great importance to qualified, practical and multifaceted training.
The operating units primarily require qualified skilled workers in addition to university graduates. In this regard and in the context of social responsibility, the Group continues to attach great importance to qualified, practical, multifaceted and high-quality training, which also includes the option to complete an integrated degree program in a technical or business field. The companies of the Rheinmetall Group continue to take their duty towards training very seriously. The number of training places on offer has remained at a high level for years and they provide training that goes beyond own requirements.
The diversity of business activities in the companies of the Rheinmetall Group determines the diversity of the range of jobs on offer in the companies requiring training. With approx. 30 training courses on offer in the field of technology, business and IT, industrial mechanic, mechatronic technician, cutting machine operator and industrial business manager were some of the key job titles at sites in Germany.
