How can I apply ?

Our application process is conducted online only. As soon as you find a job advertisement that you are interested in on our careers portal, simply click on “Apply now” and send us your application documents.

The provisions of data protection law mean that we are unable to accept applications by e-mail or post. Please therefore check our information on data protection carefully. We cannot consider your application if you have not acknowledged/agreed with our data privacy policy.

What documents will I need to apply?

When applying, please submit a personal cover letter, your CV, your job references and your academic certificates as PDF documents. If you want to, you additionally have the option of attaching further application documents, such as certificates or other references, to your application.

Who do I address my application to?

You will find the correct contact person for a vacancy in the contact window on the right-hand side of our job advertisements. It is not absolutely necessary to address your application to a specific contact. You are therefore welcome to address it in a general way or to address it to the local HR department. If you have further questions on how to address your application, please contact our colleagues in the Recruiting Center.

What is the starting date for the position?

You will find the starting date of a vacancy in the relevant job advertisement. However, if the advertisement does not mention a specific starting date, this means we are looking for a new employee to start at the earliest opportunity. We will of course take the relevant notice period of a suitable applicant into consideration.

Until when can I apply for a position?

The application process for a position is still ongoing as long as you can find the job advertisement for it on our website. We look forward to receiving your application. If you are in any doubt, please feel free to enquire about the current status.

How can I make sure that my application documents have been received?

To let you know that your application has been successfully submitted, we will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt within a few minutes. If you haven’t received this, please check the spam folder of your e-mail inbox.

What is the status of my application?

We want to make sure that each application is carefully checked and we therefore make every effort to give you feedback as quickly as possible. You will generally receive an initial response to your application within four weeks. Processing can take longer than this in individual cases. You are welcome to contact us and enquire about the status of your application in this case.

Am I allowed to or can I apply for several positions at the same time?

Should several positions in our company have sparked your interest, you are welcome to apply for them. To do so, simply submit your application documents for the relevant job advertisements that you are interested in.
