The Rheinmetall competence model
In order to ensure the targeted selection and development of technical and management employees as well as talented young staff across the Group, Rheinmetall has developed its own competence model. This is coordinated with the specific requirements of our company and forms a fair, binding and uniform framework for all selection and assessment tools in the Group. The similarity in the way high-potential employees are identified and developed throughout all our companies provides employees with opportunities to develop and creates flexibility for the company.
All evaluations and assessments are made on the basis of the five dimensions of the Rheinmetall competence model. A uniform system of measurement is ensured by the substantiation of observable attributes and characteristics.
