Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Why are there no prices on the products?

You do not buy any articles here. You report us your need. Due to the daily changing conditions for orders of personal protection equipment, we will send you a daily updated offer.

Why can I not order smaller quantities?

As a bulk purchaser, we support government agencies, authorities, offices and public order services as well as commercial entities such as medium-sized and large companies, aid organizations, associations and other institutions.

How can I order more than the indicated quantities?

If the quantities in the drop-down menu are not sufficient, please add the product name and the desired quantity in the comment field.

What happens when I send my requirements?

After submitting your request you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail. Based on your request, we will determine current conditions. Afterwards one of our employees will contact you to send you an individual offer.

Do I complete a purchase by submitting the form?

By sending us your requirements you are not making a purchase. You are merely showing your interest in purchasing personal protection equipment. We will prepare an individual offer for you.

When will I receive feedback regarding prices and delivery time?

Feedback depends heavily on the vendor, the available quantity and the number of received requests for protection equipment. In normal cases, it can take up to 3 working days.

What does "there may be differences between the pictures and the delivered products" mean?

Due to the fact that we do not go into procurement until we receive your request, the final appearance of the products can differ based on the supplier. The only prerequisite for procurement are the characteristics in the product descriptions. If certain properties that are important for you are missing, please add them in the comment field. We will then take these into account in the inquiry.

How can I see the status of my inquiry?

As soon as information about your order is available, a member of staff will contact you.

What happens if I am no longer interested in the requested products or need to adjust the quantity?

Your enquiry is merely an expression of interest. As soon as a member of staff sends you an offer, you are welcome to inform him/her of any changes.

How do I know if my request was successful?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a very short time. If you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder first. If you do not find an e-mail there, please contact us at info@ms-motorservice.com .
