• Management of the multifunctional Change & Release Board for the weapon system turret
  • Independent organization and control/implementation of the Change Board
  • Analysis of all changes with regard to QKT and Fit, Form & Function
  • Secure changes and releases to meet the requirements of the baseline and the specifications derived from it
  • Exercise governance for the product structure with regard to variant management
  • Ensure completeness check of all data and documents during release
  • Practice stakeholder management for all internal departments and external suppliers along the entire value chain
  • Ensure compliance with the global change process
  • Reporting of release and maturity status to the project management and PMO based on the released scopes
  • As internal consultant responsible for regular awareness sessions, training and technical support for all internal and external project staff
  • Contribute to process improvements with all configuration management stakeholders
  • Preparation of configuration audits


  • Successfully completed technical studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace, computer science or industrial engineering and management
  • Profound experience in configuration management
  • Comprehensive understanding of requirements management and system engineering, if possible experience in IBM Rational DOORS
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Result-oriented, independent working method
  • Assertiveness, negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Pronounced team and communication skills
  • Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of SAP, PLM/PDM, MS Office
