Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable processing and reporting, Treasury functions and Intercompany transactions. The Manager will assign and coordinate completion of all tasks to assigned staff to ensure accurate financial reporting associated with these tasks, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities: Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise accounts receivable staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned duties, collection of past due invoices, resolve differences on customer accounts and make certain all financial reporting deadlines are achieved. Responsible for all functions including but not limited to:
- Tracking of daily cash activities, recording cash transactions to the ERP system and ensure cash ledger accounts agree to bank statements for monthly financial reporting.
- Maintain all In House Cash accounts, executing programs for incoming and outgoing transactions, recording interest, and balancing to ledger accounts to statements received from Rheinmetall AG
-Forecast cash transactions and complete reporting to Rheinmetall AG according to stated deadlines -Maintain all banking relationships including completing all legal and compliance information required by bank to maintain accounts, and to open and close accounts as needed.
-Process daily cash transactions such as wire payments and foreign currency spot buys.
-Prepare affiliate loan documents, calculate interest and make certain interest is properly recorded on financial statements and paid to the affiliated company.
-Ensure all miscellaneous cash received is properly recorded on the company financial statements and checks received are deposited into the correct bank account.
-Contact person for banks and global treasury functions
-Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
-Manage and develop accounts receivable and treasury employees.


* Perform each essential duty satisfactory.
* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
* Requires four (4) year Degree in Accounting or Finance with five (5) years of related experience.
* Advance skills in Microsoft Office.
* Experience in SAP or other ERP systems
