WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Draft, review and negotiate various agreements in English and Chinese, in particular, the sale and purchase agreement, letter of intention, the distributorship agreement; Continuously improve and optimize the agreement templates;
2. Provide legal advice on the day-to-day business operation of the company to ensure the concerns are handled in a way that the laws and company policies are complied with;
3. Advise and process the company secretary work, including business license application and maintenance, company registration modifications, director/supervisor change, and other relevant matters;
4. Process the administrative matters of the legal department, for instance, the agreements registration and filing;
5. Follow up litigations where necessary;
6. Prepare and provide internal legal trainings;
7. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

1.Personality:    
Attention to details; willingness to learn; self-motivated; diligent and team player    
      
2.Education:    
Holder of bachelor degree or above in law    
      
3.Work experience:    
1 - 3 years of experience, either in legal department of MNC or in law firms    
      
4.Skills:    
Solid legal knowledge in commercial and corporate laws        
  
5.Others:    
Preferably admitted to PRC bar; Good command of English.
