• Technical leadership of the scheduling team (Boxer and Lynx)
  • Creation and maintenance of a level-appropriate, informative, transparent and up-to-date schedule
  • Development of integrated planning in cooperation and coordination with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Integration of scheduling between national and international Rheinmetall companies
  • Management of scheduling for all trades, especially development
  • Ensuring targeted communication with all parts and levels of the company
  • Reporting to the programme and management regarding scheduling and adherence to deadlines



  • Completed business management or technical studies
  • Several years of relevant experience in the integrated scheduling of complex large-scale projects
  • Several years of experience in project management including project management certification-Level-D IPMA
  • Leadership skills and experience in leading project planning teams
  • Distinct knowledge of distributed scheduling tools
  • Open-mindedness and ability to work in an international and multifunctional team with a high level of motivation
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • International readiness to travel
