In this function, you will contribute your expertise in the field of assembly processes and technologies to our production projects and will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of work preparation.

  • Consulting in the fields of engineering and manufacturing regarding the introduction and optimization of assembly processes and technologies
  • Development and evaluation of concepts for prototype and series production as well as their implementation
  • Assignment of work content to production steps
  • Planning of production layout and material flow
  • Introduction and validation of new assembly processes, joining methods and technical aids
  • Workstation design and process optimization
  • Transfer of technology and production to other locations
  • Preparation and participation in make or buy decisions
  • Creation of production structures, creation of work plans and editing of changes
  • Implementation of investment planning in your own area of responsibility
  • Technical support of external suppliers for (special) equipment


  • Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Strong technical and economic understanding
  • Profound professional experience in work planning for complex products/investment goods in industrial environments
  • Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • SAP Experience
  • Secure handling of the common MS-Office applications
  • Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
  • High level of comprehension, very good communication skills as well as confident English
  • Willingness to travel
  • German language skills are mandetory
