WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Management of the Collaboration Services department
  • Conception, development and staffing of the organizational unit
  • Planning and implementation of the in-house operation of the Rheinmetall collaboration landscape (WebEx, Sharepoint, Mail etc.)
  • Management and further development of the Collaboration Services based on internal customer requirements, taking into account new technology developments

This position may alternatively be exercised at another Rheinmetall location in Germany

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed IT related studies
  • Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
  • Management experience of an organizational unit
  • Profound and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant collaboration technologies and processes
  • Certifications in special fields
  • Distinct service orientation and a high level of motivation
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
