WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to support our marketing and communications team at Rheinmetall Automotive China. A creative talent who can support our team in social media, PR and event marketing, and is willing to further develop and take on own projects within the marketing and communications field.

The function will report to the marketing manager and coordinate a wide range of projects including 

  • Branding

1.Adaption of global marketing activities to ensure brand consistency.

2.Identification of trends and benchmarks in the market, creation of national action plans and campaigns.

3.Endurance of marketing consistency by working with the sales team and field.

4.Planning, preparation and execution of the appearance at events (e.g. customer tech days and company events)

  • Employer Branding

1.Adaption of the group wide employer branding strategy and activities to the national demands in collaboration with the HR department, e. g. testimonial videos

2.Planning, preparation and realization of exhibitions at national recruiting events

  • Press/PR

1.Editing articles and news releases (Chinese, partially in English).

2.Coordination of advertising contracts.

3.Contribution/ input to global customer magazine ‘Heartbeat’.

4.Monitoring of relevant publications 

  • Internal Communication

1.Create internal newsletter and maintain other internal tools

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

1.Personality:    
Open minded personality, team player, flexible to travel    
      
2.Education:    
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design    
      
3.Work experience:    
3-5 years, ideally for an international corporation in automotive        
  
4.Skills:    
Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin), good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus, good PowerPoint skills, Skills in photoshop and other photo editing and graphic design programs is a plus
