Job Description ( Responsibilities ):
1. Reports to the local management and the Division Information Security Officer about the status of the Information Security
2. Is the contact person for the location Information Security issues
3. Provides user support and advice on Information Security topics
4. Participates in establishing the organization’s information security policies and guidelines
5. Responsible for establishing Information Security risk and threat assessments
6. Responsible for establishing IT Information Security structure to meet RH group requirement
7. Responsible for establishing DATA protection structure to meet RH group requirement
8. Ensures implementation of the organization’s information security policies and procedures at location level
9. Cooperation in Information Security related projects
10. Controls the implementation and effectivity of Information Security activities
11. Provides suitable awareness and training courses on IT security
12. Ensures examination of information security-related incidents
13. Other tasks assigned by company management


1) Should be a good team player since this involves working with geographically distributed teams.

2) Should have keen interest to learn about new trends in information security and ability to apply the knowledge to identify and mitigate new areas of risks.
Bachelor degree to information security /IT security related
3.Work experience:
Must have information security implementation related experience at least 5 years.

Should have at least 4 years' experience in working with multinational companies;
with demonstrated ability to effectively interact in the region."
Should have excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin languages.
1) Relevant certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM. ISO 27001/TISAX Lead Implementer would be preferred.

2) Previous hands on experience in terms of IT systems integration, administration or network design etc. would be additional advantage.
