WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Job Description ( Responsibilities ):    

1.Be responsible for the operation in SAP system on *** and WM level, trouble shooting,  ensure stock accuracy.

2.Follow up goods receipt and incoming checking for purchased orders / packaging material / samples, etc, ensure SAP GR timely and exactly. 

3.Organize warehouse operators for picking & packing, put away, stock transfer within warehouse or between 2 warehouses, improve onsite process accuracy and efficiency. 

4.GR/GI in SAP by standard process and other relevant SAP transactions.

5.Issue clearance documents for local exporting and destination importing purposes.  Maintain the relevant records and documents according to auditing policy .

6.Coordinate with external vendors (freight forwarders, shipping brokers) to ensure domestic / oversea shipments goes smoothly.

7.Follow up customers complaints, tracking & tracing the issue until it be fixed. Sum up the root cause and improve from onsite procedure.

8.Participate the cycle counts.

9.Follow the safety policy ensure all operators working in the safe environment within warehouse and implement safety policy.

10.Collect inbound/outbound data and generate monthly report.

11.Other duties assigned by logistics manager.    

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Requirements:    

1).Personality:    

Integrity and responsible person. 

Task orientation, diligence, dedication spirit.

Careful working attitude.        

  

2).Education:    

College degree.

Logistics or international trading majored would be preferred.     

  

3).Work experience:    

3+ years working experience about international trading.

(have bonded WH knowledge would be perferred)

 

4).Skills:    

SAP knowledge would be preferred. 

Familiar with MS office softwares, especially Excel application skill.

Good command of communication skills. 

    

5).Others:    

Good command of English in reading and writing.
