• You define and coordinate EMC requirements with our customers
  • Furthermore, you develop EMC-compliant system concepts and derive corresponding design requirements for subsystems and assemblies
  • In addition, you will develop system and circuit solutions to meet system-related EMC requirements
  • You will create EMC program and test plans and support the development phase with design reviews and EMC measurements
  • You will also carry out measurements in our in-house EMC laboratory
  • In this context, you will also organize and accompany EMC measurements in external laboratories and evaluate them
  • You will also prepare measurement and qualification reports as well as EMC/lightning protection analyses
  • You will also conduct site surveys at the customer's premises and present your results



  • A good basis is provided by your completed studies in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on high-frequency engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have extensive experience with EMC-compliant system and device design as well as the performance of EMC measurements, ideally in a military environment
  • You also have a sound knowledge of the theory of electromagnetic fields
  • Experience in the use of 3D solvers such as CST and HFSS is an advantage
  • Furthermore you have very good communication skills and a confident appearance, also in critical situations
  • A worldwide willingness to travel is no obstacle for you
