WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Monitoring and control of the incident/problem/service request and knowledge management processes, taking into account targets and SLAS
  • Coordination and escalation in incident/problem management
  • Support of process owners in process design
  • Design, creation and evaluation of reports for quality improvement
  • Consulting for internal customers
  • First point of contact for the service desk team, IT departments and external service providers

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science/business informatics or comparable training
  • Several years of experience in the ServiceDesk environment of a large corporation
  • Practical ITIL knowledge (desirable in a ServiceNow environment)
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher
  • Quality and solution oriented approach
  • Systematic thinking, methodical approach and creativity
  • Independent, self-organized, structured as well as professional working style
  • Distinct communicative and social competence for cooperation and coordination
  • High level of commitment, motivation, team spirit and ability to work under pressure
  • Assertiveness, flexibility, intercultural competence and willingness to travel
