• Organizational and disciplinary management of the Electronics Services department
  • Technical management of the sub-groups Electronics Laboratory, General Services, E/E Quality Assurance
    • Laboratory: Build & Measurement support, maintain lab infrastructure
    • General Services: electronics engineering specific IT & SW, education management (students, trainees, apprentice), infrastructure (furniture, room planning, etc), tool development, generic team support
    • E/E Quality Assurance: Field return analysis, manufacturing support (issue analysis, PCN, E-components to SAP, release support, …)
  • Overall responsibility for the processes & methods of the groups
  • Human resources management (training, recruitment, resource planning)
  • Budget and investment planning
  • Maintenance and expansion of internal customer interfaces and external supplier contacts


  • Completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the development of electronics or mechatronics products
  • Experience in leading development teams and project management
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and norms from the automotive environment
  • Desirable: reasonable knowledge of electronics manufacturing (production and testing)
  • Good German and English language skills in spoken and written form 
  • Safe user skills in MS Office Tools and MS Project requested
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment and flexibility
