The Head of Data Management is responsible for ensuring that all engineering related data is available to the engineering team and supporting areas, while ensuring compliance with all government/legal and company laws and regulations. This key strategic position is a pivotal role focusing mainly on the successful delivery of infantry fighting vehicles (e.g. Boxer CRV, Lynx) for our international projects.

• Develop a hierachical management system for engineering and satefy standards.
• Analyse and rate all relevant civil and military standards together with the engineering departments according to their impact on the possible design solution (define a base-line). 
• Develop and define attribute for master data concept tother with configuration management team to reduce data accessibility to a need-to-know-basis.
• Develop and implement data autorization concept for all users accessing engineering data.
• Data classificaton: responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the current classification maturity and develop/adjust new strategies. 
• Develop, implement and manage databasis for standard- / catalogue-parts.
• Manage and execute mass data migrations, export and imports.
• Develop, implement and service tracking- and risk management tools for engineering community.
• Manage and execute all relevant trainings for the engineering domain and any other organisational units actively or passibly working with this data.

• Experience working for international companies with employees accessing data from national and international entities.
• Profound knowlede of developing and working with ERP, PLM/PDM systems,tracking-tools, as well as MS Office.
• Previous experience in delivering complex platforms/systems is beneficial. 
• Be eligible for Government Security Clearance and have the capacity to satisfy pre-employment screening.
