WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


● Overall responsibility for the introduction, support and further development of
   LEAN management principles at the plant
● Process analyses, identification of improvement potentials as well as implementation of measures derived therefrom
● Independent execution of optimization projects and workshops
● Planning and execution of Lean Assessments at different locations
● Support of the plant in the implementation of the roadmaps resulting from the assessments
● Elaboration of Lean concepts and further development of methods and standards
● Knowledge transfer within the division-wide lean organization
● Training of employees and managers

 

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE


● Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering degree or similar degree
● Minimum 3 years experience in the planning and design of processes in the manufacturing industry
● Experience in project management desirable
● Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and SAP knowledge is an advantage
● Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
● Good command of written and spoken English
● Independent and structured way of working
● Sociability and social competence on different hierarchical levels
● Willingness to travel
