WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Assist in the setup and rollout of higher-level portfolio management functions
  • Develop, create and maintain metrics and reports to monitor and support our project portfolio performance
  • Track and consolidate status of projects and programs and prepare for management and board of directors 
  • Work with management to identify metrics that can be used for benchmarking, analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate project and program level risks, issues, actions and decisions with portfolio and risk managers
  • Collaborate with finance team on project and program budgets

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies with technical/commercial orientation or comparable training
  • Very good understanding of project and portfolio management and various project management methods
  • Several years of professional experience in project controlling, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Experience in budget analysis and risk assessment of large project plans
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident and professional appearance, also in the context of escalations and critical project situations
  • Strong analytical skills, high organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and assertiveness skills
  • Detail oriented, technically proficient and ability to multitask
  • Solution-oriented and able to prepare complex issues and delegate within the responsibilities to be coordinated
  • Structured personality that is both empathetic and strong in execution
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and programs in parallel
