• Development of electrical and electronic system concepts at the level of the entire vehicle
  • Carrying out concept studies for the E/E system
  • Supporting the development of system requirements
  • Carrying out requirements analyses
  • Deriving system requirements from customer enquiries or specifications

  • Coordination of internal development and technical departments
  • Supervision of subcontractors
  • Planning and implementation of verification activities

  • Responsibility for budget and deadlines of the technical scopes


  • Completed (technical) university studies (diploma, master's degree) in electrical engineering or comparable with a focus on automotive engineering, power engineering or comparable
  • Initial work experience in the above-described area of responsibility would be advantageous
  • Understanding of overall systems and relevant knowledge of low-voltage and, if applicable, high-voltage systems in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of DOORS and PDM/PLM systems advantageous
  • Relevant knowledge in dealing with standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of the military sector advantageous
  • Initial experience with Matlab/Simulink desirable
  • Confident appearance
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Independent working style with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • Analytical thinking, negotiating skills, ability to work in a team
