WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Creating field of view analyses for otic and optronic systems
  • Determining the positions of the components according to legal requirements
  • Integration of otic/optronic systems (rear-view mirrors, angle mirrors, camera-monitor systems) according to ECE and StVZO
  • Integration and design of wiping and cleaning systems for windscreens and sensors
  • Design and integration of kinematic systems to accommodate sensors
  • Coordination and definition of electrical interfaces for mechanical integration
  • Creation of requirement and functional specifications
  • Implementation and initiation of verification for the integrated components
  • Creation of design documents with CAD Siemens NX
  • Documentation of the development in our database

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed university studies in the field of mechanical or plant engineering,
  • Automotive engineering or comparable
  • Initial work experience in the above-described field of activity is desirable
  • Ideally knowledge in the management and control of external companies
  • Knowledge of the industry is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of CAD and PLM programs, preferably Siemens NX
  • Strong technical understanding as well as creative thinking and systems thinking
  • High degree of team spirit and an independent way of working to find solutions in day-to-day work
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Confident handling of MS Office
