WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our HR Business Partner you will be managing all employees in the full 360 degree employee lifecycle in strong collaboration with the international HR team. The role will include but is not be limited to:

  • Supporting the full recruiting and onboarding process, including collaboration with our service partners, direct hiring, contract set up, preparation for new starters, etc.
  • Serving as point of contact for our employees with regards to their employment related questions and topics
  • Being a business partner for the line managers
  • Handling a full range of employee relations topics and ensure managers are provided with practical advice and guidance in line with current legislation
  • Supporting and ensuring correct monthly payroll together with our service partner
  • Assisting with international business travels and international secondments
  • Implementing, reviewing and executing processes and policies
  • Creating and executing a development and training program for existing employees
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly as well as ad hoc HR-reports

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed university degree in business administration, business management or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources or labor law
  • Proven experience within HR (minimum of 3 years), preferably in an international business environment
  • Profound knowledge in Hungarian labor law
  • Business fluent Hungarian and English language skills
  • Highly responsive, organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel
