WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Responsibility for the conception, planning and implementation of the entire Total Print Management Service of the Rheinmetall group
  • Commissioning and support of the print servers
  • Support of the hardware in consultation with the onsite support and the service provider as well as provision and monitoring of access from the external service provider
  • Analysis of complex faults in the TPM infrastructure and their elimination
  • Instruction and training of 1st level support on the TPM infrastructure
  • Creation and ongoing review/editing of documentation for the TPM service
  • Development and optimization of processes and applications for the TPM service
  • Coordination and management of our external service provider

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) Systems integration or comparable
  • Practical experience in the field of Total Print Management
  • Basic IT-knowledge as well as knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Good knowledge of network printers and TPM
  • SafeQ experience desirable
  • Independent, goal-oriented and structured working style
  • Distinct communicative and social competence for cooperation and coordination
  • Approval of 24/7 on-call and on-call services as well as willingness to travel
