• Establish and operate an Information Security Risk Management System (ISRM)
  • Identification and evaluation of information security risks of the Rheinmetall Group
  • Tool-supported recording, action handling, documentation and reporting of risks
  • Development and optimization of risk management processes with the support of process management experts
  • Supporting the security awareness team with security awareness measures on information security risks
  • The Information Security Risk Manager (m/f/d) reports directly to the Vice President Information Security


  • Successfully completed degree in computer science, IT security, engineering or comparable professional experience
  • Several years of experience in information security areas especially in the implementation and maintenance of management systems such as Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) or Information Security Risk Management Systems (ISRM)
  • Expert knowledge of relevant laws, norms and standards for information security (e.g. ISO/IEC 27000 family, IT-Sig 2.0, EU-DSGVO/BDSG)
  • Ideally information security certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM or equivalent
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills as well as confident appearance and target group-oriented preparation of complex issues in top management meetings
  • High empathy ability to harmonize many different interests
  • Very good, structured way of working, distinct analytical thinking ability as well as extremely fast comprehension to find effective solutions
