WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Autonomous organization of the preparation and the process of technical training for technicians in production and customer service
  • Develop and describe processes in production line 
  • Manage, request, compile and transmission of training materials
  • Examination of regulations
  • Personnel management: Support and advice for course participants and lecturers inclusive travel management
  • Instruct the interpreter and the training support staff
  • Correspondence with international clients and lecturers
  • Conducting trainings (both on-site and remotely)
  • Taking feedback and implementing improvements
  • Business travels (national and international)
  • Researching technical data (selecting information to use from the PLM and/or SAP system
  • Translating technical terminology from English into technical Hungarian
  • Familiarization with the vehicle

You’ll be working in a small team within Rheinmetall’s training department, which is tasked with bringing the KnowHow for the production of the brand-new Lynx vehicle to our Hungarian plant. The task of the team is to create trainings and training documentation to transfer the production knowledge to Hungary, ensure a smooth and fast start of production and facilitate a thriving learning environment for our new employees.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering 
  • High skilled in automotive CAN-bus systems and networks
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience 
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office 
  • Analytical way of thinking 
  • Excellent written and spoken Hungarian and English skills 
  • Willingness to travel
