WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Independent conception, planning and control of sub-projects in the field of technical documentation
  • In-/ and external contact person for the project
  • Technical leadership and support of the respective project teams
  • Creation and control of work packages for internal employees and external companies to be integrated, including the structuring and allocation of basic document
  • Creation of service descriptions and calculations for offers
  • Compliance with applicable processes, guidelines, procedures and work instructions
  • Constant checking and optimization of given processes and procedures
  • Participation in working groups and conferences with the aim of further developing existing documentation and information systems and introducing new system

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed technical studies, further training as a technician or comparable
  • Pronounced technical system understanding
  • Relevant professional experience in the management of project teams in a technical environment would be an advantage
  • Experience in the field of technical documentation and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) is desirable
  • Ability to motivate employees and provide creative impulses in the project teams
  • Confident knowledge of English and German, written and spoken
  • Willingness to business trips
