• Planning and support of procurement and maintenance projects for plant equipment and the facility
  • Creating office concepts
  • Ordering inspections and repairs of equipment such as overhead cranes
  • Participation in compliance of accident and safety prevention regulations
  • Act as a central contact person for internal customers and external suppliers 
  • Factory planning against the background of strategic topics
  • Inspect building structure to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
  • Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, access control, test track management etc.
  • Allocate office space according to needs

  • Completed technical studies, degree in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering or architectural engineering or a completed technical training with corresponding professional experience 
  • Experience in renovations and conversion to existing buildings
  • Facility management, facility operation knowledge
  • Knowledge of accident prevention and safety regulations as well as coordination of special equipment such as material handling equipment (cranes)
  • Structured mindset and independent work and excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel abroad and within the country
  • Knowledge in the field of mechanical and production engineering is an advantage
  • Analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions, and making recommendations in support of goals
  • Managing multiple on-going projects
  • Excellent Hungarian and English language knowledge
