  • Organisation and control of all FMEA activities in the area of tower development for tactical vehicles
  • Set-up and preparation of Design, System and Process FMEAs (structure, function and malfunction analysis)
  • Review and evaluation of required input documents and incorporation into FMEA analysis
  • Leading and moderating FMEA meetings with defined project teams
  • Independent planning, preparation and follow-up of FMEA meetings
  • Supporting the team members in the preparation and interpretation of risk assessments, definition of measures and evaluation of results (measure tracking)
  • Measure controlling with continuous tracking of the FMEA measure status in coordination with the responsible persons and divisions
  • Interdepartmental coordination with System Safety regarding hazard analyses
  • Further development of FMEA processes in the development manual
  • Training in relevant methods and tools


  • Completed studies in the field of engineering or comparable
  • Experience in the moderation and preparation of product and process FMEAs
  • Very high FMEA methodological competence (including VDA, hazard analyses, FMEA, FTA)
  • Experience with CAD and PDM/PLM systems desirable
  • Reading of drawings, block diagrams etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of IBM Rational Doors software and very good APIS-IQ skills
  • Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in working with multinational teams
  • Ability to develop and implement new ways of thinking and working
  • Very good written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to travel
