• Overall management of a complex, international, defence technology program
  • Technical and/or disciplinary leadership of the sub-project managers (m/f/d) and active management of the project resources
  • Responsibilty for the success of the project/program in terms of quality, deadlines and budget
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders (customer and suppliers or management and board)
  • Preparation and implementation of regular reports on the program status


  • Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in the desired field of activity within a matrix organisation
  • Profound knowledge of project management, preferably in the fields of defence and/or vehicle constructions
  • Expertise in business administration is mandatory
  • Practical knowledge in the use of common project management tools with regard to risk management, planning and cost control
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Flexibilty and increased willingness to travel
