• Cross-site project purchasing of electronic components for assembled printed circuit boards
  • Support in the selection of suitable components by creating market transparency and by price comparisons
  • Continuous screening of the market for lower-priced and higher-performance components
  • Commercial evaluation of electronics bill of materials to generate customer quotes and initiate appropriate "cost down" activities
  • Assist in defining appropriate electronics architectures / circuit designs for product roadmaps
  • Selection of suppliers for advance development projects
  • Coordination of series commissioning of suppliers


  • Completed studies in electrical engineering - electronics, automotive electronics or comparable course of studies
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in international purchasing of electronic components, assembled printed circuit boards and their components
  • Distinct cost and quality awareness
  • High degree of flexibility and assertiveness
  • High level of goal orientation and ability to act on one's own responsibility
  • Pleasure in teamwork
  • Good written and spoken German and English, another foreign language is desirable
  • Willingness to travel intensively
