Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH's Hardware Development team develops electronic assemblies for use in military vehicles with high demands on reliability.
The assemblies are developed with state-of-the-art components and manufacturing techniques for use in extreme EMC and environmental conditions.
Here you can actively contribute to the development process from the individual component to the complete vehicle as part of a broad-based team.

As an experienced hardware developer, it is your task to develop new assemblies and renew existing systems according to the state of the art.

  • Development of innovative digital and analog circuits
  • Development of hardware-related software in C
  • Accompanying the developments to series production readiness
  • Define specifications for board layouts and mechanics
  • Creation of system architectures and concepts
  • Cross-departmental development of suitable EMC measures
  • Preparation of test specifications for series production
  • Development documentation in accordance with the V-model and IEC 61508


  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable
  • First professional experience in electronics development
  • Very good knowledge in the design of electronic circuits, analog and digital technology
  • Experience in the preparation of specifications
  • Very good written and spoken English and German
