WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • The management and maintenance of specified compliance obligations arising out of the RHUN’s European operations. Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of internal controls and policies and improve them continuously
  • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Draft, modify and implement company policies
  • Collaborate with Rheinmetall Corporate Compliance and local HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
  • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
  • Conduct investigations to identify the root of a compliance issue in order to resolve it
  • Provide training to educate RHUN company staff on important compliance procedures and policies
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within Rheinmetall AG evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory development and trends, which apply to defense market business area
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
  • RHUN Compliance working language is English

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed University degree in Law or completed Finance or Business Administration University degree with a corresponding minimum 3 years professional compliance experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, which permit the individual to effectively communicate within the compliance team and to lead initiatives across the region.
  • Proven experience as compliance manager/specialist is a very strong asset
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
  • An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
  • “B” type driving license;
  • Structured mindset and independent work;
  • Willingness to travel abroad and within the country;
  • Analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions, and making recommendations in support of goals;
  • Managing multiple on-going projects, 
  • Excellent Hungarian and upper intermediate English and/or German language knowledge.
