WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For our R&D Project Management team we are currently looking for a new Project Manager Electronic (PME).

Responsability:
• Management of Customer Product-/Electronic- requirements including deviation authorization.
• Responsible of Electronic- and Functionality- description.
• Responsible for electronic change management of requirements and descriptions.
• Business Unit Interface for Electronic Requirements to each customer (OEM’s, Tier I) and the Central Electronic development.
• Unification of global electronics requirements for development between the business unit's global locations.
• Creation of the electronics-relevant system requirements (DOORS) and the system architecture description for the projects of the business unit.
• Coordination of the electronics specifications with the customers and the suppliers in consultation with the electronics experts of the central electronics development.
• Specification of the electronic system test cases in agreement with the customers.
• Review and acceptance of the electronic designs (circuit diagram, layout and BOM's and the commercial evaluation in collaboration with the purchasing department.
• Part of the DFMEA team.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Skills:
• Completed degree in electrical or electronics engineering or comparable with minimum 3 years of professional experience in the automotive environment.
• Good knowledge of requirements management.
• Good knowledge of the core processes of project management.
• Well-founded knowledge of the electronic system requirements of mechatronics products.
• In-depth knowledge of HW and SW development for electronics to control EC motors, including high-voltage designs.
• Knowledge of the EMC requirements in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Teamwork and promotion of teamwork (also across departments).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment, assertiveness, flexibility
• High degree of personal responsibility and resilience.
