WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you interested in exciting development projects in the field of unmanned aerial systems (UAS)? We are looking for a motivated engineer (m/f/d) with experience in the field of flight control as well as software affinity for the development and optimisation of autopilots in our aircraft!

Your tasks:

  • Design, implementation and testing of software for flight control of unmanned aerial systems
  • Simulation of system components in hardware and software-in-the-loop environments
  • Supervision of specifications and tests in the development process
  • Support for integration into software systems and hardware
  • Creation of accompanying documentation

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Degree in aerospace engineering, preferably with a focus on flight mechanics and flight control, or comparable
  • Experience in the use of Matlab Simulink as well as Stateflow
  • Experience in software development under Linux and for embedded systems
  • Familiarity with software development tools Git, CMake, Eclipse
  • Basic knowledge of C++, knowledge of Python desirable
  • Independent and result-oriented work in a team
  • Fluent German and good English skills
