WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for experts from all over the world who are seeking for international experience in our multicultural teams and who would like to relocate to Germany.

  • Execution of project-related technical configuration management including subcontractors and consortium partners
  • Independent organization and management of the internal change committee during the development of complex systems and management of configuration statuses
  • Management of change management of technical documentation (e.g. drawing set)
  • Independent preparation and execution of internal multifunctional configuration committee meetings and participation in change conferences at the client's site
  • Securing reference configurations and providing information on the status of delivered products with regard to their build status
  • Analyze all changes with respect to valid fit, form & function rules
  • Ensuring compliance with configuration management and change process requirements
  • Completeness check of all data within the reporting and change management process
  • Support of data and document management in the project
  • Contribute to continuous process and tool improvements with all configuration management stakeholders, including construction status management
  • Regular project-related reporting
  • Participation in configuration audits in the project

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed technical studies or comparable training as a technician with relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in technical change management
  • Quick comprehension and experience with large overall systems in the field of plant or vehicle construction
  • Knowledge of DIN ISO 10007 is an advantage
  • Good user skills in MS Office, SAP (materials management and administration of technical objects) and PLM/PDM
  • Result-, process-oriented and independent way of working
  • Assertiveness, negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Distinct team and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
