This role is based at Rheinmetall Communication and Simulation Technology Pte Ltd (RCST) in Singapore. RCST is a 100% owned affiliate business of Rheinmetall Integrated Electronic Systems in Bremen Germany.

The Finance Controller / Manager is supporting the Managing Director in all aspects finance, accounting, planning, tax, reporting, achievement of financial KPIs and other ad-hoc activities at RCST.


  • All aspects of financial reporting to Finance Controlling Team in Bremen
  • Actively managing the financial performance of the business in co-operation with the Operations leaders and the Managing Director
  • Timely and correct invoicing as well as correct payments to suppliers
  • Payment of Tax to the Singapore Tax authorities and payment of payroll
  • Creation of annual budget data submission
  • Setting up projects on SAP and setting up report structures and templates
  • Reporting on overhead and administration spend vs target
  • Management of Project ad Business Finical Risk
  • Developing and maintaining a financial view 3 year planning horizon



  • Completed university studies, master's degree or diploma or acquired by other means with 2 years of professional experience in a similar field and, if necessary, completed appropriate further training
  • At least 5 years’ experience of working in a Finance controlling or business controlling team
  • Experience of working in a regional business which reports to a European HQ
  • Experience of working in an organization with international clients
  • Good computer skills (SAP, MS Office or other ERP system)
  • Sound knowledge and experience with SAP accounting systems
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience in corporate accounting as well as sound knowledge in IFRS and Singapore FRS
  • Experience with external audits/auditors and with Singapore tax requirements
  • Analytical Thinking and Team Working
