WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Apply best practice planning techniques to develop, implement, and manage schedules for multiple projects
  • Preparing reports on schedules with emphasis on monitoring and reporting monthly project status
  • Understanding, analysis and reporting on schedule progress, project progress against earned value, and key drivers and critical path
  • Participation in project workshops to support the development and management of the project schedule
  • Assistance in analyzing the impact of potential risks and issues

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, mechanical engineering, design engineering or comparable
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge in project management, especially in project controlling
  • Good experience with earned value and risk management as well as schedule coordination desirable
  • Understanding of various planning techniques as well as planning and scheduling programs (MS Project, Open Plan Professional or Primavera) advantageous
  • Knowledge of the metalworking industry desirable
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English as well as willingness to travel
