• Processing / management of customer projects from enquiry to series production
  • Technical evaluation of customer enquiries
  • Preparation of presentations and schedules for project meetings (internal and external)
  • Independently entering requirements for pre-series production
  • Design of tools (CAD/Catia V5)
  • Creation of work plans, error catalogues and parts lists
  • Determination of in-house or external machining along the process chain
  • Preparation of cost estimates and optimisation of production processes
  • Preparation of evaluations, reports, work documents, documentation and assembly instructions


  • Completed vocational training with further training as a technician (m/f/d) specialising in mechanical engineering or design technology or successfully completed engineering studies
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Industry knowledge in the elastomer processing industry desirable
  • CAD knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
  • Careful and thorough way of working as well as coordination and organisational skills
  • Basic willingness to travel on business
  • Good written and spoken English
