• Creation of system concepts and processing of technical system specifications
  • Responsibility for the specification of the functional interaction of the subsystems
  • Analysis and evaluation of changes for system compatibility
  • Technical coordination with internal and external stakeholders including consideration of specific requirements with regard to technical feasibility
  • Coordination and support of design reviews
  • Planning of the development process and its documentation (e.g. Systems Engineering Plan (SEMP), schedules, Requirements Management Plan (RMP), etc.)
  • Coordination of the integration of system components, verification activities as well as activities for the realisation of cross-system requirements (such as standards and laws, environmental compatibility, etc.)


  • Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience or certification as a systems engineer are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of systems engineering, if necessary corresponding further training, requirements management with Doors or Polarion
  • Ideally experience in defence technology or special mechanical engineering
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • High degree of independence and reliability as well as a structured way of working
