  • Selection, procurement and integration of high-power laser system components
  • Planning, execution and evaluation of laboratory tests to verify component properties
  • Design of optical systems and laser assemblies
  • Technical coordination with sub-suppliers and manufacturing partners


  • Completed studies in the field of physics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering with a focus on optics/laser physics, technical optics or precision engineering
  • Professional experience in the development of high-power lasers
  • Analytical thinking, willingness to innovate and technical understanding
  • Confident communication in English, both written and spoken
  • Business fluent in German
  • Initiative and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel on business
