WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Complaint management for our OEM customers in the area of OES (Original Equipment Supply/ Original Spare Parts) & SOE (Special Original Equipment/ OE Small Customers)
  • Change management and product release process along the supply chain
  • Support of the customer portals for quality-relevant applications
  • Coordination of the quality management activities in the team for the area OES/SOE

The advertised position can be filled either at the location in Neuenstadt (Baden-Württemberg) or in Dormagen (NRW).

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Engineer, technician or comparable training with corresponding, proven experience
  • Professional experience in a comparable position in the automotive sector
  • Education and training in quality management, especially problem solving techniques (8D reporting) and sampling procedures (PPAP, PPF)
  • Knowledge of engine technology / powertrain
  • Experience in dealing with OEM customers and operating their customer portals
  • Experience in aftersales / spare parts is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of common standards such as ISO9001 and IATF16949
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel, project management experience and assertiveness
