Job Description ( Responsibilities ):

‘1. Maintain/ support internal cataloguing system

  1. Research vehicle info. according to internal structure
  2. Research OE numbers from internal and external ( from Tecdoc or 4s workshops and EPC)
  3. Link vehicles info. and OE numbers
  4. Link k-types / car parc/….


‘2. Generate MS catalogues according market needs

  1. Define issuing requirement date for print / CD version with sales / marketing
  2. Coordinate proof read of print (data)
  3. Coordinate printing of catalogue / marketing


‘3. Market info

  1. Analyze car parc ( with polk ) and vehicle sales data, Preparation gaps
  2. Generate regular info for PM / marketing / sales
  3. Coverage tools generating and market coverage updating


‘4. Support sales

  1. Generate customized application lists for customers
  2. Define regional newsletter for sales


‘5. Find / establish sources for catalogue info

  1. 4s workshops
  2. Magazine
  3. Web/ market


‘6. Checking and releasing new packaging materials


‘7. Other tasks as assigned




  1. Personality: Pro-active, Strategic Thinking, High sensitivity on Data, Coordinative and teamwork
  2. Education: Bachelor or above in automotive, or related
  3. Work experience: More than 5 years in automotive industry, Data analysis working experience preferred
  4. Skills: Good English (as we have to frequently talk with HQ)
  5. Excel high level
