As a project manager (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to shape exciting projects in an international environment. You will structure your work environment and your tasks yourself and put your heart and soul into ensuring that projects run successfully. From the sustainable development of business relationships to the technical support of project interfaces, you will work here holistically and independently.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the performance- and quality-oriented planning and execution of projects or sub-projects while adhering to the cost and schedule frameworks
  • Ensuring that all measures relevant to the execution of projects are taken to achieve project success in line with the company's objectives
  • Sustainable maintenance of customer and supplier contacts
  • Ensuring contract, risk and claim management externally and internally (in cooperation with the respective departments)
  • Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility)
  • Leading negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the technical departments involved
  • Management of suppliers during project execution
  • Support of the sales department in acquisition projects

As we have several positions to fill in this area, there is a wide range of possible assignments for the projects to be supervised. Main topics are for example:

  • Naval training simulators with the development focus on sonar, sensor technology, command and control systems as well as effectors on board naval vessels
  • Nautical and ship operation training simulators
  • Training simulators for the energy industry with the development focus on energy generation as well as efficiency and safety of plants and power plants


  • Completed technical studies
  • At least first experience in (partial) project management, preferably several years of professional experience as project manager (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge in design and realization of software-heavy systems, from requirements analysis to acceptance, is desirable
  • Experience in one of the above-mentioned topics, or enthusiasm and willingness to familiarize yourself with the domain
  • High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
  • Positive and open manner in dealing with customers
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of self-motivation, the ability to creatively master difficult situations and to structure one's own project tasks
  • Business fluent in English and Germand (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (personal situations will be considered)
