WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Definition and management scope and charter for the electric/electronics (incl. software) engineering department
  • Management of the strategical department set-up to achive a high effectiveness and flexibility supporting multiple projects operating in a matrix organisation
  • Development and Monitoring the department capability and management structure
  • Management of the department capacity and project performance together with the team leaders
  • Responsible for continous improvement (processes, methods & tools)
  • Develope a road-map for the E/E engineering domain specific core competences and actively manage the tranformation in alignment with the adjecent business domains
  • Development of a configurable and cross-plattform reusable modular electronical system
  • Selection and development of strategic suppliers and definition of E/E specific outsourcing means and methods together with procurement and SCM

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrics / electronics
  • At least four years of management experience in a comparable position
  • Military experience is an advantage
  • Detailed project management knowledge related to electrical, electronic and software
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • High willingness to travel
