•  Produce accurate and timely schedule reports, with a focus on monitoring and reporting project status on a monthly basis.
  • Apply best practice planning techniques to develop, implement and manage schedules for multiple projects
  • Understand, analyse and report on project progress in relation to earned value
  • Develop and apply scheduling processes as part of the overall project planning and control process
  • Participate in project workshops to assist in the development and control of the project plan
  • Assist in the analysis of potential risks and issues


  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, economics or similar
  • Professional experience in the field of scheduling/project management
  • Very good knowledge of project & schedule management
  • Experience in the area of Earned Value & Risk Management
  • Knowledge in the use of planning tools, e.g. MS Project, Open Plan Professional or Primavera
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Structured and reliable approach to work
  • Willingness to travel
