Rheinmetall Polycharge: Leading the way in next-generation capacitor products. 
Capacitors are essential; however, the technologies that drive them have struggled to keep pace with the markets and products they serve. As electronic systems are driven ever smaller and lighter the capacitor is often a limiting factor. 
That is why Rheinmetall Polycharge exist - to lead the development and production of truly disruptive DC link capacitors for battery-electric systems for automotive and industrial applications that inspire and enable our customers to redefine what is possible in the markets they serve. And that is, why we are looking for you: to pioneer with us the development and production of high energy density, high temperature, DC link capacitor products.
  • Development of components for eMobility applications such as inverters, power modules, DC-Link capacitors (electronics, mechanics, electricity)
  • Drive the corresponding development activities in the specialty departments
  • Close cooperation with internal departments, especially electronics, test facilities, prototype shop and production
  • Self-dependent technical responsibility of the forward-looking development from offer phase until mass production according to PDP-process
  • Supervision of the core team in a matrix organization
  • Alignment and close cooperation with customers and suppliers

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed studies in electrical, electronic engineering or comparable, preferably with a major in E-mobility
  • Experience in technical leadership and customer service
  • Extensive proficiency in leading projects up to the start of series production
  • Basic knowledge in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics
  • Project management skills and experience with LEAN methods
  • Experience with version management tools and SAP are desirable
  • Systematic pattern of working and strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of English and Hngarian, both written and spoken
