• Creation of project-specific plans of safety-relevant activities (Safety Plan)
  • Evaluation of functional operational safety systems and identification of suitable corrective measures
  • Definition of safety-relevant procedures as well as support for safety-related tasks
  • Conducting reviews for the safety assessments created in the respective safety activities.
  • Gather, create and reconcile structured requirements and safety requirements at the unmanned reconnaissance system, system, equipment, hardware and software development levels.
  • Derive safety requirements from system designs as well as architectures.
  • Communication and technical coordination with other departments


  • Completed studies preferably in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
  • Experience in performing safety assessments
  • Knowledge of safety-critical development (ARP 4761, DO-178C, DO-254)
  • Basic knowledge of systems engineering and requirements engineering (ARP 4754)
  • Technical English and very good German language skills
