  • Technical leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility)
  • Responsible for the performance- and quality-oriented planning and execution of the assigned project while adhering to the cost and schedule frameworks
  • Ensuring all measures relevant to the execution of the project in order to achieve the respective project success
  • Handling of national and international contracts
  • Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts in terms of project fulfillment (if necessary in coordination with Sales)
  • Ensuring contract, risk and claim management (in cooperation with the respective departments)
  • Leading negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the involved departments
  • Ensuring target-oriented project communication internally and externally
  • Progress monitoring and evaluation, as well as preparation of reports from controlling reports

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed technical university studies (Dipl.-Ing. / Dipl.-Inform. / Master)
  • Many years of experience in project management
  • Project management certification Level - C according to GPM standard
  • Experience in the responsible leadership of teams
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken), additional foreign language (Spanish, French) desirable
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
