WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Act as contact person for the project managers, controlling, and engineering department heads
  • Creation of reports and evaluations for the monthly project reviews with a focus on costs and quality
  • Preparation and presentation of monthly reports for various projects
  • Supervision of projects from the offer phase to implementation
  • Support in forecast planning in cooperation with relevant departments
  • Support in the preparation of the workload planning
  • Creation and editing of project plans and schedules in SAP and MS-Project
  • Collaboration in the resolution of scheduling conflicts
  • Simulation of scheduling and workload scenarios

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business management or completed training with advanced training as a business economist (m/f/d)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in project management or controlling
  • Experience in project planning is an advantage
  • Confident handling of SAP and common MS-Office applications, especially Excel and MS-Project
  • First experiences in project budgeting
  • Good command of English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
  • Analytical thinking and independent working style
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
