Ramp-up phase of the company

  • Establishment of the quality management department
  • Introduction and further development of the management system and process landscape for the company
  • Preparation and ensuring compliance with all international and national requirements for the management system (according to the specified standards, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45001, AQAP 2110, ... )
  • Project management for the modification of the shooting range for the implementation of lot inspections

Operational management of the company

  • Management of the quality management department
  • Determination Implementation and continuous monitoring of all quality assurance measures (e.g. incoming goods inspection, production inspection, key figures, etc)
  • Overall coordination of internal and external audits
  • Processing of complaints and initiation of appropriate corrective measures
  • Planning and execution of modern QM methods (e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, ...)
  • Coordination (internal & external customers) and execution of lot acceptances
  • Supplier management in cooperation with purchasing


  • Completed technical training (degree, technician or comparable)
  • Qualification in the area of quality assurance / management
  • Min. 5 years of management experience in the area of quality assurance / management in a production company
  • Sound experience in using modern QM tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc.) and problem solving methods (5Why, Ishikawa diagram, control chart, histogram, ...)
  • Profound knowledge of international standards and norms (MIL-STD, STANAG, ISO, ITOP, ITAR, etc.)
  • Desirable: experience in the field of defense technology (ammunition)
  • Strongly developed independence, intercultural team skills, assertiveness
  • Solution-oriented approach with entrepreneurial thinking
  • SAP/R3 knowledge
  • English and/or German language skills (business fluent)
  • Willingness to travel
